Normally, I really am pleased with the dealership however, with the service department, I was highly displeased. Let me explain, I went in for an oil change tire rotation and turn. They sent me an email stating I failed something me not knowing much about vehicles. I put my trust into the service department for they’ve never done me wrong prior to this.. I asked the service representative if the thing that I failed needed to be done right away, he said while you’re here yes you should have it done. Come to find out it was a recommended fuel induction service. Well I paid for that to get done and my engine light came on and now my vehicle needs to be serviced for transmission and throttle. Had to wait over a month for a loaner vehicle to get my vehicle serviced. Finally the vehicle is taken to be service. Had to wait Two weeks to get my vehicle back they didn’t even contact me to update me on the status of my vehicle , I had to reach out to them several times. I asked them what could’ve caused this. The service technician told me it was an electrical issue and I asked well if I paid for this fuel induction cleaner which in turn caused an issue why don’t I get a refund? He told me he didn’t know how to explain it to me. It was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with the mechanical part of the car.. He did not make me feel comfortable with his explanation, so I looked into it and a fuel induction. Cleaning is not something that needed to be done. It was a suggestion, but the way they handle it specially me being a female and saying that my vehicle failed something they ripped me off. The service technician tried to tell me there was a code that was reading on the vehicle,( during the time I called to check the status on my vehicle. He informed me of this) mind you I take my vehicle very seriously and if anything is wrong with it, I take it in right away so if there was a code reading, why wasn’t I notified of this? There wasn’t an engine light to notify me so if you seen a code the day, I brought it in to have an oil change tire rotation the service center should’ve notified me of that code. Now, because my warranty is at this particular dealership, I’m stuck dealing with them. I definitely feel like they could take more time with explaining their services and what’s causing any issues with the vehicles a lot more serious.. I am very pristine with my vehicle. My vehicle is only a year old and they just got unnecessary money out of me because how they deal with their customer.

The service department staff members are always pleasant. In my opinion all the staff there has a pleasant and welcoming attitude. This particular had me upset with the new rate and only half of the services I requested performed. Suntrup's oil change rate is outrageous $131 and some change is extremely expensive. Plus my tires weren't rotated like I requested. I am not happy with Suntrup these days.

As best as I can tell Dave did a good job with the service. He also was able to explain some things to me, little by little I'm learning about the car. Unfortunately, when I left I forgot to ask about the floor mats I had ordered and had delivered there. I asked the parts man while I was waiting and he said they had been given to the maintenance department. I didn't expect for them to be installed, just put in my car. But forgot to follow up when I left. I would like to come pick them up this week or next but I'd like to be sure they are there and not sent back. Took about an hour for oil change and tire rotation but was a little surprised as to cost. Used to be able to go in and get same for about $90 (6 months ago) and this time it was over $140. Seemed a little pricey but it is what it is.

I took it in to see why the hands free lift gate feature does t work. I have had the car 5 months. I was told by my salesperson that it was equipped with this. Made an appointment, got a loaner car because they said it would take 2 days. The people in the office were very nice and personable. 4 days later I get an email that says my car is not equipped with this option. It took 4 days for them to tell me that. It looks like they should have checked the info on my car before scheduling my appointment. It would have save a lot of time and energy

The service department was absolutely horrific. Love the sales department, 0 complaints there. I will continue to spend my money with sales but I will never be returning to the service department. David Brewer needs to be removed immediately and you will see your service department morale & work ethic increase. The way he spoke to me and my father as life long customers of Suntrup was absolutely unacceptable and the furthest thing from a management response. My truck was in the service department for 4 months and I was lucky to get a call maybe every 3 weeks. To get an update I would just have to drive up there because nobody in service would answer the phone and David Brewer would hear me getting frustrated talking to his advisors and all he would do is stare at his computer screen acting like he doesn’t hear us when he is 5ft away and the one time I did want to speak with him it immediately got confrontational due to his attitude. Not a manager and should 100% be removed so you guys can get an actual team player in there. Remove David Brewer immediately.

yes it was in your shop for 2 days and i had call the 2 nd day that evening and ask if it was done. Service said yes its done, so i come up spend $40 on venmo and pick up the truck and pay $100 deductible with easy care warranty. FINALLY GET IN TRUCK GET ON HIGHWAY AND CHECK IF MY PHONE CAN PLAY MUSIC THRU THE SPEAKERS. STILL NOT FIXED STILL A SPEAKER IS OUT ON DRIVERS SIDE. THE DRIVER SIDE SPEAKER WORKS FINE WHEN PLAY REGULAR RADIO OR SATELLITE RADIO, I PLUG MY PHONE INTO THE STEREO AND IT WONT PLAY THRU SPEAKER ON DRIVERS FRONT SIDE. SO YES NOT HAPPY WAISTED 2 DAYS OF HAVING THE TRUCK PAY DEDDUCTIBLE AND UBER RIDES , WAIST MONEY. PLEASE CALL ME AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THANK YOU 636-299-2282

It took 2 hours 40 minutes for just an oil change and tire rotation. No other service was done. No one kept me informed of the delay until I complained to the general manager after 2 hours. It still took another 40 minutes. Their excuse was they got backed up with other services. Why did I have an appointment? I will never patronized your dealership again. Poor service and poor communication. I was not the only customer who waited for over two hours for a simple oil change and tire change.

Although parts took over 6 weeks to arrive, once in, the process for replacing my struts and shocks was seamless. Everything took about 3 hours. The waiting room was clean, coffee well stocked, so waiting for the car was easy to do (and the only option for me). I have used Suntrup for over 15 years, purchasing both a new vehicle and a pre-owned vehicle. Service has always been excellent.

Dropped off my truck which I purchased new from your dealership with a coolant leak. Was told it was the upper hose. I gave permission to replace it which floored me that it cost $1100 for a hose, however I needed it fixed. A week later after emails some unanswered and phone calls I finally got my truck fixed. If I wouldn't have called I wouldn't have known that it was not being fixed. Apparently the hose was on order and no one told me that. The communication was horrible. If I would have known it was going to take a week for a hose, I would have taken it someplace else. But since no one told me that, I was without a vehicle for a week. I switched to GMC from Ford and really love the truck, however after this struggle I will most likely not bring it back for any work or when I am ready for a new vehicle I will have to go elsewhere which is not right for Jeff Womack who was excellent to deal with at your location.

I came in on a random Saturday afternoon after looking online and seeing that they had an Envista that I was interested in. Fred Butler walked up to me on the parking lot as I was walking around the car I saw online. He introduced himself, asked was I interested in the car, then went and got the keys so that I can test drive it. I drove it, I loved it, and he asked, "What's stopping from buying today?" I told him I was worried about the negative equity in my current car. He told me, "We can get it done, just come back when you can so we can appraise it." He gave me a pen with his name on it and said, "I have a feeling, you will be back and this is all you will need." He was right, I came back Monday evening and filled out my paperwork. Tuesday afternoon, I came back and picked up my 2026 Envista Avenir. It was an amazing and stress free experience. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to others! I absolutely love my new car.

I returned once again because my infotainment system failed. It goes black, and nothing works. There is a TSB out on it from GM. It intermittently functions like absolute garbage between the times that it fails completely and says I have to return to the dealership. This is the second time I’ve had to return to get the infotainment system at least working part of the time.. From what I understand, GM has no fix for this. Current state I have no volume control, and my phone won’t connect, the navigation system is the only functioning piece. Maybe it will work tomorrow, maybe it won’t.
