    My appointment was for The Works package. Almost paid for the additives for mileage over 160,000 and glad I didn't. To have the tires rotated 8 of the lug nuts were replaced, adding $160.+ for labor & parts. Adding the shop charges I had a final bill of $190 more than expected. Otherwise, my experience was fine.

    Very smooth, professional experience. Too bad I did not hear that my car was ready. I would have been out a lot sooner. Crank up the volume on PA a little :-) The dealership is great, but Ford has very questionable recall practices. They don't let the dealer order recall parts until the dealer confirms the recall item fails. So now I get to go back again after the parts show up. This is galactically dumb and very poor customer service. On a subsequent visit, the dealership was supposed to install the wiper recall since the parts had arrived. They did not. They applied a different recall and completely forgot/screwed up/? and did not install the wiper motor recall. So now I get to go back again. Unbelievable! Updated 2/27/23: My most recent experience was far superior to previous service visits. My service representative even told me how to save money on my service. Thanks!

    Bought a 2020 Ford Explorer. Tyler was my salesperson. Stated there was a recall on the camera (knew that because there was one on my other Explorer) and he advised that the part has already been ordered. Once it arrived, they called to set up my service appt. Advised me that they will pick up and deliver my car. Super happy with the all-around service, during and AFTER the sale. I had a bad experience with another dealership (Dave Sinclair) that forgot I existed after I took the car off the lot. This is my 3rd car from a Suntrup dealership. Pretty sure I’m a lifelong customer from here on out.

    Excellent service and staff. I'd been frustrated by two other Ford dealers that were constantly booked for service two months ahead. I spoke with Madison who made an appointment 6 days later. When I arrived, Rachel jumped into action pulling the truck in and writing my service ticket up, said it be an hour so I waited. The waiting area was very nice and I had a great cup of coffee. It only took 50 minutes. I'll definitely be back, you are less than 2 miles from my office. Thanks Madison, Rachel and Suntrup Ford West!

    I cannot say enough great things about this dealership, from the General Manager, Kirk Latta, to Finance, Andrew Suntrup, to Sales, Phoenix Phillips. They listened to what I was looking for in a 2022 Bronco Sport, Area 51 Big Bend, and lo and behold, they had one coming in on the next transport. Is all I had to do was put money down and it was mine, I didn't hesitate and within a week, this vehicle was delivered to me by my salesperson, Phoenix Phillips, at my home in Springfield, Illinois, no questions asked, just hand delivered. The kicker to the whole deal was they took my trade, a 2020 Ford Ranger, sight unseen and paid off this vehicle. I will never do business with any other dealership, they treated me A #1 and I'm eternally grateful for their professionalism and honesty. There are not enough accolades I can bestow on this dealership for their help and support. Phoenix took time out of his day to hand deliver my vehicle to me!     I had a wonderful experience working with Suntrup Kirkwood. Today they fixed an open recall on my 2013 ford escape. While ai struggled getting this scheduled with other dealers they were ready to assist and got me scheduled the same week. The fix took less than an hour and I was able to wait while it was done. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back for more business!

    I had an appointment on September 12 at 7AM. Leading up to that appointment Chad was always quick to respond to any questions I had or issues I thought might come up. My service appointment for for a 30,000 mile maintenance check plus fixing a faulty tire pressure monitor and a faulty battery. I was checked in just a few minutes after 7AM and was allowed to wait in their spacious and well lit lobby where I could plug in my laptop and get some work done while I was there. Jake the service tech did a great job and worked fast. I was expecting to be there for 5+ hours but was out a little past 11:30. Thanks to Chad and Jake for the incredible service and experience.     Kyle Snyder did a great job. My son bought a used truck from Suntrup. The vehicle had not been through the service department when we viewed it. After the sale, they ran it through service, put on new brake pads, when not completely worn, changed all the filters, rotated and balanced tires and more. The real big kudo was when they had to put a new brake light assembly. Kyle found they ordered one, but then it would not match the other existing one because of a modification. He had them order two, so they would match. It's those little things that make you feel good. Good job, Kyle.

    My experience on Tuesday 10/11/2022 was great. My car was ready within 3 hours. This is a 100% improvement over my experience earlier this year, April/May 2022. My experience then was so bad that I vowed not to come back to this particular location ever again. Suntrup kept my car for 3 days and the end result was unacceptable. I even inquired about the staff, because I didn't see any familiar faces, and was advised that the people that I was accustomed to providing excellent service had left the Company.     Start to finish my buying experience from Kirkwood Suntrup has been outstanding. I did my research ahead of time, so I know I got a fair deal on the price. However, what separates Kirkwood Suntrup from other places I've bought cars from, is the care after the sale. I had a couple of minor issues with the used vehicle I bought, which were taken care of right away. They already had my money, but that didn't matter. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after the sale. My Salesman Matt and the Sales Manager Eric are good people who really know how to take care of their customers.

    Was there for a recall on Ford Escape. Bought this vehicle from my sister in Kansas City. All the other dealerships I called wanted appointments scheduled anywhere from January to June. Had the feeling because did not purchase from them. Suntrup treated me like I was a long time customer. Service Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy. When ready to buy a new Ford Suntrup will receive my business, won't consider the others. Service after the sale is very important to me.
